Friday 22 September 08:00 h
Meet Cires Les Mello, on to le Havre. 200 km. Restaurant on the road (perhaps Rouen) and le Havre. Boat night at 22:00. (to book).

Saturday, 23 September
Boat arrives at Portsmouth. Meet Sir Darren Kenny cycling para Olympian 80 km ride to Bournemouth via Southampton and New Forest Afternoon rest, shops, beach, laundry and repair at Trevor Fenwick’s home. (There are two double beds, three beds, two large sofas and lots of sheets to sleep on the floor!). There are also many hotels if we need more accommodation)

Sunday 24 September
Breakfast at home

We will ride the 400km to Snake Pass and the Pennine Way over 2 or 3 days. We would prefer 3 days to avoid the main roads and enjoy the scenery. The route to be confirmed at which time we will decide accommodation.

Sunday 1st October
After spending the night in Bournemouth the party from France will return home.

Sir Darren and Alan McRae (a Coach that worked with Trevor) will provide local help and advice. Once the number of riders and their preferences for types of accommodation are known we can confirm the route.
