Race news

No rain, a bit breezy, stunning views: it was a great day to be (on a bike) on the Purbecks. For those masochists who like to race on hilly courses the BJW open 42k was perfect. 37 racers started and the course record was broken – sub hour ride on a road bike. Congratulations to all riders. Eamonn as club president began proceedings as first rider away and ended proceedings with the prize presentation. Thanks to John O for excellent organisation (again) and thanks to all Jubilee members and partners who rocked up to help in anyway, along with those from other local clubs. Your time and commitment is appreciated. It was good to hear racers complementing the organisation too.

Don’t forget our Tuesday evening club events are now running.
